What is Visualization:
Visualization is a form of hypnotherapy that can be done with or without the help of a hypnotherapist. Essentially, it is using the mind to visualize optimal places, situations, or feelings to bring about positive changes in the body, mind, or spirit. When the visualization is accompanied by strong emotions the outcome is greater.

Since that time, athletes and others in the US also use the technique to lose weight, win at sports, and beat a chess competitor, just to name a few of its uses.
