What is Tapping/EFT:
Tapping or Emotional Freedom Technique is very similar to acupuncture. The practice of Tapping uses the same meridians and points that are used in acupuncture without the invasive needles. Instead of using needles, a series of taps are applied to specific points on the face, hands, and body to achieve the desired healing results.
