However, learning to let go of the small stuff and incorporate daily exercise, good nutrition, sleep, mindfulness, and breathing into your routine will go a long way in your ability to manage stress. A lack of attention to any one or all of these can significantly increase the amount of stress on your mind, body, and spirit and cause you more suffering.
