There are many ways to incorporate exercise and fitness into your life. No matter your age or level of current health, taking small steps will eventually get you to where you need to be physically. As a health and wellness coach, I will individualize your plan, to fit your current health and level of fitness. It is also my goal to make sure that whatever I recommend is something you will love and enjoy doing!

Nutrition
My passion is food! There are several "diets" available and I have studied a majority of them. I can help you to navigate the current food trends and find a way to incorporate the healthiest choices for your particular situation, illness, or lifestyle. I may make suggestions for changes to your current diet that will help you to immediately feel that your food choices are working in your favor. After all, we want you to be the healthiest, happiest you possible. Food has a lot to do with your emotions, your physical stability, and your overall health.
As a reformed sugar-a-holic, I pride myself in being someone who understands how to navigate away from sugar. If you are looking for someone to help you get off of the sugar train, you have come to the right place. As many know these days, sugar has been linked to so many ills. In fact, it is the number one inflammatory we put into our bodies. By using additives such as high fructose corn syrup, we have also seen a spike in diabetes, cancer, inflammatory diseases, and heart disease, to name a few.
One of my goals is to help you navigate your current diet and add healthy alternatives to your normal choices (slowly) until your body is ready and craving more good than bad foods. You will never feel like you are starving on my plan!
