By submitting content (including but not limited to MP4 files, videos, band/artist bios, and personal information) to "Let The Bands Battle" ie: Song mates, Inc, FM2.0, Deko Entertainment, StrykTV, and Artistilnk Foundation, (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform"), you (the “User,” “Band,” or “Artist”) agree to the following terms and conditions:
By submitting content (including but not limited to MP4 files, videos, band/artist bios, and personal information) to "Let The Bands Battle" ie: Song mates, Inc, FM2.0, Deko Entertainment, StrykTV, and Artistilnk Foundation, (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform"), you (the “User,” “Band,” or “Artist”) agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Retention of Ownership
You retain full ownership of all content you submit to the Platform. However, by submitting any materials, you grant the Platform, its affiliates, successors, and assigns an irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, publish, publicly display, publicly perform, and otherwise exploit the submitted content for any purpose, in any media now known or later developed, without any compensation to you.
2. Authorized Use of Content for LTBB and it's Affiliates
The Platform may use your submitted materials for purposes including but not limited to:
There are no geographic restrictions on the submission of content or its subsequent use. The Platform reserves the right to use submitted materials globally.
4. Accuracy and Liability
While we strive for accuracy, the Platform is not liable for any errors or omissions in the use or presentation of submitted materials. This includes but is not limited to inaccuracies in band/artist bios, song or video titles, and promotional content derived from user submissions.

You represent and warrant that:
If at any time you wish to request the removal or modification of your submitted content, you may contact the site manager at [email protected]. The Platform will review such requests and, where feasible, take appropriate action. However, the Platform reserves the right to retain copies of the content for archival or legal purposes.
7. Indemnification
By submitting materials, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Platform, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and partners from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:
You acknowledge and agree that the Platform is not required to provide any compensation, financial or otherwise, for the use of submitted materials as described herein.
9. Right to Modify Terms
The Platform reserves the right to update or modify this disclaimer and terms of submission at any time without prior notice. Users are encouraged to review this document periodically for updates.
10. Governing Law
This disclaimer and any disputes arising from your submission or use of the Platform shall be governed by the laws of Indiana.

- Inclusion in Platform events, showcases, or competitive initiatives.
